I can't understand the problem with the vouchers. I have used both Wotif and Trip Advisor specials whereby they emailed me the vouchers. I had to present the vouchers at the hotel. The vouchers were emailed to me so I could have emailed them on to someone else if necessary. Did you book your hotels direct in Europe, if so, no voucher.
