Not from the hotel

Thanks for all your replies. The driver is not from the hotel. It is an organisation called Baliku and they are the ones used by Expedia. I have my friends emails to and from them. I have asked my friend if she can do a PrintScreen of the voucher and send it to me, but I am not sure if she is able to do that.
I am thinking of emailing Baliku, but it just might muddy the water. I booked a lot of hotels this way in Europe and Hong Kong and have never been asked for a voucher.
Won't be using Expedia again.
