that explains a lot. So exasperating when things don't go according to plan and no matter what you do you can't come up with a solution. Did you see my posting above where my flight no longer exists, disappeared overnight. I rang Aiasia but the person on the other end could not understand my question, she kept wanting me to prove my booking, how was that going to help. I must admit I got so frustrated I hung up.
