your best and safest resolution is to advise your airline that you require wheelchair assistance at Denpasar on arrival.there will be a wheelchair and guide awaiting your dad when he steps off the aircraft.He will be taken through all the formalities of arrival safely and speedily.voa,passport control.baggage collection,declaration of any sort and finally through to the exit where you will be awaiting him with a nice cool drink.Good luck and have a great holiday dad.
