New Airport and VOA

Hi Everyone,

Travelling to Bali in March 2014 as my elderly father will be arriving after us I was wondering if the very important person VOA is still in operation at the new airport?

Having never used this service myself could you please also advise roughly what the process is, I am concerned at the fact that he has only been to Bali once before and this was at the old airport, whilst we will be awaiting his arrival obviously we cannot enter the airport to assist him.
