wrong name on ticket HELP

Hi
we books our tickets with Flight Centre on Saturday 23rd march
when my wife booked it she booked it under Rick instead of Richard
could not tell you the last time I was called Richard ..
I rang Flight Centre the lady told me she rang Virgin Airlines
and there is a $120 name change when I rang Virgin was told the $120
is a charge put on by Flight Centre and not Virgin
they tell me the tickets have been printed
I am not sure what do about this problem
any help would be great
