Hi everyone, I am hoping somebody can clarify this for me. If I was going to use a 28 degree mastercard (pre loaded with our own money so not technically using the mastercard) to pay for our accommodation, I would still have the 3% card fee that Bali put on accommodation and activities that i wanted to pay for by card. Is this correct? When 28 degree says no international fees, it just means that they won't add any more fees, doesn't it? So if we were to take cash and pay everything by cash or advance payment when we can, that will be the cheapest (but not necessarily the safest) way to go. Am I correct or not?
