indonesia would have some type of nut contamination via Cooking oil, mortar and pestle, ladles used in their woks and general cooking, woks,hand contamination,even empty bags that may have contained nuts used for transporting vegies or other goods.
I would like to hear how other peoples experiances have gone with their own nut allergies.
How the hell do you not get contaminated food??
