Nut allergies

Hello,
This will be my family's first trip to Bali. We have two children, one of which has allergy to a variety of nuts. We carry an eip-pen in case of exposure.

Can anyone suggest to me the best course of action to take?

I'm sourcing cards that read in Indonesian a message to the effect of 'no nuts' if anyone has a great contact for sourcing these cards please do tell.

I'll ensure the hotel kitchen staff are made aware of this also as well as staff in the kids club. Any other suggestion from you seasoned Bali visitors will be welcomed.
