I think you should think carefully about the food, and your child in Bali. Most foods has some nut content, cooked in nut oil etc. Rather hard to police all food offered to your child. Its ok if ther person knows what they can eat and not eat in their own country, but going to a foreign country Personally I would be rather worried.
