It's a basic hotel about 10 minutes walk from the beach. There's no beach views. I guess it's possible that there's one room somewhere that if you stand on the balcony railing and squint just right, you may catch a glimpse of the beach - but I doubt it. :)

As for rooms with views, about the only view is off the pool and hotel grounds, which would be any second or third storey room, I guess. Ground floor rooms have a view of the footpaths and either garden or hedges that surround the pool.

Standard rooms are newly renovated and apparently quite modern - but have no balcony at all.

Superior rooms are older but have a balcony or veranda (for ground floor). I recently stayed in Superior room 120 which was ground floor and around the corner from the main path as it was the last room of the building. I had a little garden in front of me and minimal traffic aside from occasional staff going to the 'storage area' behind the rooms.
