I was not aware, this must be a new thing as over the years I have had contact with BAWA and they wont shelter dogs usually, I have emails from them explaining that the do not have a shelter, so its good to hear they now have one. They were great in getting back to me on 2 pups they took off our door step, they advised one had died and one had been adopted (note, they told me they would put the dog down in one week if not adopted).
Both great societies, both work together so lets not play one up against each other when we are all on the same side.
B.A.R.C is run by Linda an Australian and can also provide all paperwork for veterinary supplies, she currently has a monkey she is looking after as well as all the dogs, cats, birds etc.
I must say Dana, I am little taken back by your reply and your use of the term LEGALLY, I always thought we were on the same side.
