10 days and mid range budget

Looking at mid range hotels/accommodation - about $50-85ish a night. We want somewhere with air con and somewhere with a nice pool in Legian. In Ubud we are thinking about a homestay? not entirely sure though we are just throwing ideas around at the moment.
