new, modern style, "funky" and with great staff but not much balinese character. it's a good place to stay, central, mid-way between kuta and seminyak. the only issue we had (July stay) was that the courtyard style means that the pool doesn't get much sun and my wife and i found it generally too cool to swim in (for long, anyway). regards, luke
