you could look at three brothers, they have deluxe a/c suites for US$65 (+10% tax) per night. The rooms are large and loverly with DVD player, fridge, outdoor bathroom and lounge / sitting space.
we stayed recently in a deluxe a/c room, not suite, US$50 per nite + tax, only difference between two rooms is the downstairs suites are a bit bigger and have the same bathroom but the downstairs is "outside/open air" and upstairs bathroom is same style by enclosed with roof / walls.

if you email them ask for the "newly renovated rooms"
the pool isn't gianormous, but it's big enough, and as the reports say, it has some missing and cracked/chipped tiles but if you are aware of them then you can't hurt yourself on them!
