Shibu Hair dresser

Has nayone used Shibu for weddings in Bali? My friend is getting married in August and has booked to get her hair done through Shibu after reading advice from this forum.

My friend is paying $110 AUS each for her and her bridesmaids hair. Is this too expensive?

Plus my friend has been asked to pay the full amount before she gets to Bali to book this. Does this seem ok?
