Jayakarta apartments

Hi, I'm just trying to check if the Jayakarta Apartments I am seeing advertised are actuall belonging to the Jayakarta Hotel, and as god as the Hotel. Or should I book the Htoel instead. We are a couple who last stayed at the Melasti BR about 4 easr ago, and might be thinking of a change of venue.
