Some are run by the hotel - these ones will be advertised through travel agents, online hotel websites and the jayakarta website. Apparantly these ones are awful. Then you have the ones that are privately owned, these all vary as they are privately owned but according to reviews are a lot better than the ones managed by the hotel.
