I really regret your inconvenience. However do not just blame Pacific Blue. We has a bad experience with Qantas 3 years ago. When we complained we were told they had sent us an email 4 weeks before the changes...to an email address that didn't exist...a composite of my wife's and my own address. My travel agent stated that they didn't give out email addresses of customers which was obviously true. Eventually Q apologised and offered us a discount on our next flight which we didn't take.
Afraid that is life!!
Again regrets.
