Irish pub at Gili Trawangan

Hi happy Bali lovers.
Going there in a few weeks and am wondering what you consider to be the best value accomm here. Im looking at the Irish pub..need accomm around 40-60 a night.I dont want party animals or young ragers nearby hahaalso, they quoted me about $140 return for the fast boat from Padang Bai..does that sound about right?
I thought it was expensive...
