You are in Bali during Nyepi if only u wanna experience what it is. I was there on that day in 2006 with friends so didn't have to go through monotony. We were allowed to get into the swimming pool at Hotel Oasis where we played Marco Polo. Btw, AUS$ 200 was way too high for the extra bed. Anyway, good to know that you had a time.
