whats the process of getting local motor

scooter license in bali.eg price,time envolved to denpasar and back.i realise that you pays your money you take your chances.with regards to scooter insurance (forum suggests local insurance is not worth the paper its printed on.also realise that if you have an accident and medical help is needed you are own your own.whats your adivce.we only want to use for local trips between legian and kuta.thanks
