tourist refund scheme ??

i want to claim tax back on a $920 video camera at perth airport. Is it the same counter or person you go to with your normal duty free purchases after the immigration section? how do they do the refund? I know i need to have the receipt and the camera with me but not sure where to go and how they do the refund.
