You go to a counter after you clear customs (outbound) that will clearly show it is for TRS.
You will have had to have purchased the camera no more than 30 days before leaving country and you must have the original tax invoice from the store, not just a receipt.
They will credit the 11% back into your bank account, they will not give you cash.
