Day Spa in Ubud

About to leave for a short 6 days in Bali, on my own!! Nervous but excited because I know the paradise that awaits!!

I am thinking about spending a day in Ubud, perhaps at a day spa getting the 'works'. Any suggestions please. Also any other suggestions of how to spend a day in Ubud, remember I am travelling solo.
