I only tip if the service deserves it. In restaurants I might tip staff 5-15% if the service is good, other times just leave loose change with your bill. If hotel staff are good you might tip them as well. Entirely up to you but maybe 100,000 each if you have had good service over the period of your stay. Its a good way to get rid of excess currency before you leave as well. I also tip taxi drivers usually rounding up the fare to the next whole number, occasionally more for service beyond the usual (like coming back to my house with a mobile phone I accidentally left in the car!)
I never tip shopkeepers and the like. Just restaurants, hotel and taxi or drivers.
Others might have different approach but if you live here for a while you get used to not tipping like you would as a tourist.
