Close your eyes and imagine, if you can, that instead of getting onto a commercial flight provided by a low cost carrier , that you are actually getting onto a bus owned by a company that offers low cost transit and service. What would your expectations be of that service? Pretty low expectations, yes? Poor quality customer service, if any, poor quality staff, if any, and they might just even, if your lucky, get you to your destination, now we didn't say anything about getting you there on time, did we?
Now open your eyes and look up at the company logo of the carrier you are about to choose and pretend its the same second rate bus service. Where are you expectations now?
I will share a little secret with you, you get nothing for nothing, so if its a $100 or $200 flight, then that is what you paid for, happy days.
