I have flown Garuda business class and the service was definitely lacking, in fact, it was non existent. We ended up having to go to the galley to get a drink as the 'attendants' were either sitting down doing paperwork or in the flight deck. I may not like the food on Jetstar but the service is certainly better.
ps last flight was on the newest Garuda plane from Perth and as usual nothing worked, especially the inseat console.
