Horrid. Never, ever again. Grumpy, surly hosties of both genders, almost inedible food (only time I ever used the sick bag) and dirty planes. (Of course Qantas is now Jetstar which has so many negative reviews).
Pacific Blue has become as bad as Qantas (believe it or not) - last trip the flight attendants were very poorly groomed (dirty uniforms, greasy hair, dirty nails) and even grumpier than those on Qantas.
Air Asia for me. If I am flush then Garuda. But for value for money, pleasant flight attendants & a clean plane then Air Asia hands down. That said, though the food is mediocre but it is cheap & from Perth food isn't needed.
I think that Qantas/Jetstar & Pacific Blue must think that people going to Bali are yobbos - hence the yobbo-standard service. They will learn.
