might have changed since then. Rooms in the bottom section were pretty grotty,some shared bathroom,toilet. Rooms up top were OK with nice views. Pay the extra for hot water,you will appreciate it as the nights are a bit cold.Nice big tubs to lay back in,great after spending a day walking around the Botanical Gardens.
