Just received a chargeback on my credit card for the full Indo Jet airfare. I booked the flight as part of a package deal with a travel agent in Jan for a flight in Sep. When I received no joy for a refund from Indo Jet or the travel agent I lodged a complaint with Consumer Affairs and was advised to lodge a disputed transaction with my credit card bank. The process of claiming and receiving the chargeback took about 4 weeks. In hindsight it was worth paying an extra 1.4% to pay by credit card for the insurance it provides
