you had the benefit of being in the time frame of the first so called "suspended flight" period, and this left the door ajar for you for a disputed payment claim, as obviously the service was not going to be provided.
The oportunity is now there for people travelling during the Xmas period, as these flights are now "suspended".
Realistically, there are two courses of action.
1) Dispute CC payment as you have done.
2) Civil action in the courts.
Consumer Affairs will only attempt to mediate (fat chance with Indojet) or advise the actions as above.
Other than that, they can do nothing.
I have yet to hear of anyone who Indojet have paid cash to without being forced to do so.
I am extremely surprised that you did not take them up on the offer of a "travel voucher" to the same value......talk about out of the frying pan and into the fire?!!!
