you've packed. But we live here on a Balinese wage and we do not go past a sick animal or an abandoned pup without either picking it up or having BAWA or BARC come out. We too are animal lovers and it costs us 300,000rp per pup for a years vaccinations, we have now had 13 pups vaccinated, 150,000rp per dog for Rabies injections, we had our beach dogs done, BAWA did our Balinese neighbours that could not afford it or were too lazy too take them to the local Banjar where is was free, the shots for the mange (completely curable) are 3 courses and cost 150,000rp. If you really care then just don't go past an animal, help it. We have had some weeks of really scrounging for the money because we chose to help some pups and not turn a blind eye, this is our choice but I just hope as you are an animal lover you will do the same if you do come across an animal in need. Eventually this problem will be solved if enough people help.
