My mates parents stayed at the Inn. Were not happy, departure day were asked to leave earlier than the check out time of midday and did to be helpful. Got to Office to hand in key and ask for bags to be stored as they did not fly out till late afternoon. Office boy said no you go. Must leave the Inn take luggage go. Lucky two surfers stopping at the Inn were wonderful the Inn refused to even call a cab. The boys wheeled their luggage down to Kabuku Restaurant and Bar Poppies 1 told the Manager the problem. He took their luggage up the back and tied the items together said they would not be responsible for it but they could sit in the back lounge chairs read relax so long as they ordered a drink. They did read slept and had an enjoyable lunch and Kabuku called a cab for them and they left from there in good time to check in at the airport. What a rotten thing to do to a pair of charming seniors??? If the Surfers read this do know we are all wishing you great waves for your time effort and kindness. They were really stunned at being told leave the premises after a fortnights stay and getting out early to help them, be aware of the ungrateful Secret Garden Inn. Wish them the same treatment when they go anywhere - if they do.Currently also agree think it tops Faulty Towers only it is no laughing matter.
