The owner and his partner are not computer literate.

The original manager left them in the lurch.

try getting a new manager to totally run a hotel from scratch this time of year and an Indonesian!

Guste on the front desk is the drinks boy and he is trying to show a new manager the ropes?

The morning manager is Putu who is cooking breakfast and running back and forth from kitchen to front desk.

Westerners are not allowed to work so owners sit at the breakfast bar telling everyone what to do!

Do you really think it is all done on purpose? Do you think a link to this site or a few emails will change the situation?

The staff have no idea what to do because made the manager did everything before.

Guste misinterprets everything the owner tells him,this equates to "No you pay now" or 'No you leave now" "No you find other hotel"

I know this because I have just stayed there.

It was not like this when they had an experienced manager.

I still got my poolside room that i booked,I stayed in my room till way past noon on checkout day, I had no problems but the owner had plenty.
