Qantas FF Question

Hi am confused with Qantas fequent Flyer, want to use points to fly 1 way to Bali next year and can Business class seats, although 2nd leg from Melb is Jetstar ( dint know they had business class)and says you have to purchase a meal, can anyone help me out before I go on hold with Qantas for 2 hrs. Need to know can you use the Qantas club and are meals free?
