You can claim points for flights on Jet* but it depends on what seats are available and the points are allocated according to what is available and this may mean you forfeit 50,000+ points for economy on Jet* but you will only get what others in the ticket class get i.e. no food, pillow, video unit etc. This is not an economical use of points because the fare is only worth around $500 or less. It is definitely not worth points to sit up the pointy end of Jet* as Clovis described.
It is best to keep your points for upgrades to Europe or USA because for the same amount of points your upgrade from economy to business from say Singapore to London is worth thousands of dollars but the points are similar or less than getting an economy ticket on Jet* to Bali. For less points than going the pointy end on Jet* to Bali you can get a premium economy ticket to London.
