fly again? Have you contacted them and asked how long their "flight suspension" period will be - or are you happy to play their "waiting-game"?
Don't forget that IndoJet left many passengers stranded in Bali when they "temporarily suspended flights", necessitating considerable additional costs for these passengers to return home to Perth. IndoJet literally dropped them like hot coals when they "suspended" their services - a public relations disaster! Even if IndoJet eventually comes up with a refund of the unused portion of the ticket, affected passengers will still be substantially out-of-pocket. If IndoJet had any ethics as a professional operator, they would have ensured that no passenger who had been carried by them to Bali would be obliged to return to perth at the passenger's own cost.
It would also appear that to date (although still within the maximum 6 Weeks period before refunds will be paid) nobody has yet seen "the colour of IndoJet's money".
With the proliferation of "legitimate" Airlines now operating the Perth/Denpasar route, I honestly feel that there is no room for an operator like IndoJet which needs to rely on chartering from a third party to carry its passengers. It would be virtually impossible for a small "stand-alone" Travel Agent (aka "pretend airline") to be financially viable against the likes of Garuda Indonesia, Jet* and Air Asia, all of which operate substantial aircraft fleets in their own right - and can afford to off-set losses on the Perth/Denpasar route against more profitable routes and thereby continue to maintain absolute "bottom-line" prices.
Only you can make the decision to either continue to be held in suspense by IndoJet or submit your tickets for a refund due to the fact that they have no operational scheduled services - and grab seats at the best prices presently offered by the other Airlines. I know, however, what I would be doing under the circumstances!
