it's a joke, there just buying time, however for their sake I hope they do get their act together for all those people that have already booked flights or at least book them on other flights.
People need to be informed of what's going on not just left in the dark not knowing what to do.
The email I recieved from them was a joke completely. My question to them was that I understood they had a suspension for 4 weeks and I just wanted to know when we could start to book tickets with them and if they had a idea when we could book these tickets.
You've read the response a lot of nonsense.
I hope and pray everyday that people get their money back, my friend has not heard a thing from them at all, her flight date has been and gone and didn't rebook seats with another airline because they couldn't afford it at the time, they were a family of 4.
