You'll probably get posters who feel you're staying at too many places in the time-frame you have, but i think it's a great itinerary. On my first two trips to Bali I moved around like that and enjoyed every minute of it.
Ubud suggestions.. See as many dances as you can. Especially the Kecak dance. If it interests you there are classes in traditional painting, gamelan, sculpture, dance, silversmithing.
Ask the staff at your hotel if there are any special temple celebrations, and they can advise you as to the correct dress.
