New to Bali

Hi everyone, just wanted to say hello and that this site has been invaluable to me as a first timer to Bali.

Could you give me your ideas on my tentative itinery, will be in Bali in November, here goes:

16 - 18 Gianyar, staying a Maya safari

18 - 22 Amed, Kembali bungalows

22 - 25 Air Sanah, staying Cekik villas (think thats what its called!)

25 - 28 Ubud, staying Greenfields hotel

28 - 3 Dec. Sanur, staying Sanur Beach Villas

Would love any feedback if any of you have stayed at any of the hotels or villas.

Also, if you could give me advice of things to do and places to see, we would love to know of any fishing trips or snorkelling trips we could arrange. I feel as though Ive bombarded myself with too much info!!
