I'm still deciding.
I went there last trip at 5pm before a great dinner at the 'Dirty Duck'. The monkeys were agitated. Probably because it was feeding time, but then again they're always getting fed. As soon as my friend purchased her bananas she had an adolecent male monkey pounce on her back and attempt to rip the whole bunch from her hand, but she was stubborner than the monkey and won the hand to hand combat.
This could be quite intimidating for a child, I would expect. We snapped off some good photo's before it was dark, then made our way back to the entrance side-stepping numorous monkey squables and very vocal screechings. I think I'll put it in the 'been there, done that, wouldn't bother again' catagory. Bali zoo, and Bali safari and marine park are better options.
