I know what the place has become, my point was that it was never CREATED for the tourist industry, and if the tourists all left and never came back, the zoo, the elephant park, the bird park...all these things would disappear, but NOT the Monkey Sanctuaries. I just thought the background information might be interesting for you. Never mind, Selamat Tidur. Oh, and BTW, the bit with the cows...that's India, the Balinese don't really practice that.
