I've been going to the Novotel since before the official opening...so around 12 years, my daughters were 6 and 14 they absolutely loved it....we also stayed for a month at a time. Yes its quiet but its heavenly, the kids actually play...no computer games etc (well mayeb sometimes in the kids club). There is a fabulous beach, lots of places around to explore or just relax. Sharon I'm sorry but its not so bad for drinks....especially if you get an advantage plus card...the hotel isn't crappy for sure...but I guess you know what you can afford...we have stayed for many years and we are certainly not rich...just love the place.
As Imagem says there are many places to go away from the hotel...the local rests are not bad...really cheap and not too far away from the hotel...maybe 5 mins by car.Let me know if you want more info!!
