How can they collect your bag/bags??

We have used Hadi before, and we got our luggage from the collection area while he was doing the paperwork.
By the time we had the luggage on a trolley, he was back with all papers stamped and VOA paid.
He then escorted us out of the terminal area, and his driver took us to KTH....easy!!
