I have booked it through Netfare travel 02 9662 5000 speak to Jyllian I know she only works there two days a week Thursdays and Fridays, but you only need to pre book this one week out from your departure date. It doesn't matter if you haven't booked any of your Bali trip through them, she will still organise VOA for $38 Australian Dollars.
