As surfaddict said, there is a left luggage facility at the international departure. The counter is just opposite McDonalds, and is open 24 hours.
The length of your trip back to Lombok will depend if you are travelling during the day, when there is public transport for the road part, or at night.
Assuming you travel in the day, allow as follows:
Ferries are scheduled to leave every 2 hours on the even hour, however there are delays. You could wait 2+ hours for a ferry.
The crossing will take between 4 - 6 hours.
You may wait another hour to dock depending on how busy they are.
You then need to allow say half an hour or so to negotiate/find transport to Denpasar. The trip if by car is around 1 1/2 hours on new bypass, or if by public bus stopping frequently double that.
Alternatively, you could fly. The flight takes 30 mins. You then get off your plane, stroll from domestic to international (5min walk) leave your luggage at the counter and relax until your check-in time. If you get the last flight from lombok ,you will get in around 5 or 5.30. Enough time to go into Kuta or where-ever for dinner.
