The ferry takes all day and in wet season can be held up for ages due to choppy seas. Flying is easier but don't take the last flight, leave some up your sleeve. Suggest take mid arvo flight and book into cheap place in Tuban and take it easy until your OS flight, have a swim, massage, sleep and bite to eat etc.
