McDonalds. Its about RP15,000 for small baggage and RP30,000 for large (surfboard size) per day.

From the time you arrive at the ferry terminal in Lombok until you get to Kuta will be about 8 hours or more. Flying is much more pleasant.

Not sure about departure times.
