Well after reading this post(and all the follow ups) dont know where to start, firstly have been going to Ramayana about 10/12 times a year(have been going to Bali 2/3 times a year since the late seventies)never had any problems there regarding service or whatever, this storie seems a little far fetched to me,(the snakes have to be fed perhaps you were just there at the wrong time of day) as for all you posters who have written the Mall off because of something(that may or may not have happened)that maybe is horribly exagerated, so you crucify all the other shops in the Mall because of one shop(was there about two weeks ago never noticed the shop)I think is pathetic, for christs sake go shopping there and just avoid that section of the top floor................
